Supplements do make it easy to get vitamin C in high doses. But to get vitamin C from fresh fruit direct preferred, because it is more easily absorbed and able to last longer in the body.
In addition, eating fruits also provide more benefits than taking supplements because fruits contain not only vitamin C. In addition to vitamins, fruits contain fiber and other phytochemical compounds that are important to the body.
